For most homes, we charge $499 for a comprehensive assessment report.  If you have a very large home, it will be a little more to cover the additional time and effort. 

If significant risks are identified, it's important to address them promptly. This may involve making necessary repairs, modifications, or implementing safety measures recommended by the assessor. 

Home Risk Assessment Reports can be downloaded from the Customer Portal. Reports can be accessed for up to 90 days.
